Clone of YM2612
Manufacturer Unknown (WDL?)
Package DIP24 0.7"
Produced 198X-199X

The SE-95 is an unauthorized clone of the YM2612 used in many bootleg SEGA Mega Drive consoles, along with VDP SE-93 and bus arbiter SE-94. Its manufacturer is unknown, but interpreting the date code using the WDL format gives a plausible result, so it may be WDL.
